The Beaver family went to NJ on Sunday. We not only got to see Nicloas but also my mom, who we had not seen since last April. Nicolas is a very sweet little baby boy. I spent hours just watching his little mouth move in many different shapes. It was COLD in the Jers, so the kids didn't get to get out much. Ray took the kids back home with him on Tuesday and left me. I had a nice relaxing time. It was great spending time with my mother. She is looking good with her new gray hair. I can't forget about Brooke and Ellie. Brooke is very interested in science and gave me many facts on black holes and the electrons. Ellie one night was busy making a dinosaur packet for her whole class. She got pictures and puzzles off the Internet. She did this on her own accord. Her and Brooke are both extremely creative, a trait my children were not blessed with in their brains. I was sorry I couldn't watch them play basketball today.
I took the train home. Ray met me in DC and we had a nice lunch and then took a walk around the capitol. When I got home life it hard. Colleen and I went to the college to watch Danny swim, and when that was over I took her to swim practice. I picked up the boys and then we had a few errands to run. Today we had three basketball games and we were able to go to all three. Which is nice but it also makes for a long day. Conlan's team is still losing, but Conlan plays great defense. A little too good since he got four fouls. Colleen's team won. Donavan's age group doesn't keep score, but I think they won. He scored his two points.
Hopefully I will get my pics downloaded and you can see NJ pictures.
Also congratulations to Andrew, he made his first Communion today!
