Conlan

One of the swim mom's is a photographer. I liked this pic of Conlan. You can see it better on my facebook page. The other pics were taken with the cell phones. The kids swam well. Conlan swam the 400 free and coaches are thinking he is a long distance swimmer. Conlan is thinking NOT! The kids and Ray loved the campus at PSU.

SURPRISE!

The summer swim team gave me a surprise baby shower. They were instructed by my daughter that I needed diapers, so I got lots of diapers and baby wipes. YEAH!
I would have been really surprised if Ray hadn't told me I needed to rescheduled my doctor's appt. The swim moms are the best!

The last week

Ray's family had a shower for us on Sunday. the food was great and I got great stuff. We also had the first summer swim meet. It was in the 60's and rainy, but the kids did great swimming.

Conlan's graduation

Conlan received the big award for the night! Citizenship Award for the year, given to the student who shows manners, hard work, excellent role model, etc.... His teacher said wonderful things about him. He also received the national award for fitness.

After the Storm

Little Chicken Poem

Colleen was chosen to perform her poem for Poetry Alive. She will perform her poem for a group of students from another middle school who will judge her performance. She has been practicing and practicing! Later in the week she will perform in front of 2/3 of the 7th graders from her school.

Principal Award

Donavan received the principal's award! He has been wanting it all year. Only one student from every class every nine weeks receives one.

FCA girls

Colleen, Cassidy and India all went to the FCA leadership camp in MD a couple of weekends ago. They had a great time and all seem very excited to share their Christian faith.

Baby Shower

My buddies gave me a baby shower this weekend. It was great fun and I got lots of good stuff. Special Thanks to Darilyn, Jennie, Tonya and the others who added to the group effort. I have been very blessed with great friends.
