Day Hike

We took a hike today.  Donavan was the trail guide..didn't get to the river..he blamed it on his dad.

Conlan's trip

John and Conlan found a high peak with cell service so we got a phone call and pictures.  They are having fun..some sleet but otherwise good.
Conlan loved his first flight to Atlanta got to sit in first class and sat next to a lady who knew his football coach. The 2nd flight consisted of him rolling into a ball to get on the plane.

  Ian came home for the holidays and Colleen would have been happy with just him, but the red cowboys boots will cement that smile to her face for a long time.

  This bird was so still standing along the canal path this morning.  The rain has helped the river the last couple of days.

Band Concert

The first video shows what the band director said "This is how they sounded the first day"  I was so impressed with how much they accomplished in a three month period.  Donavan is loving band and stays after school a couple times a week for extra practice.  He has also been first chair every week but one since the beginning of the school year.
