Watch the video of our day. This state park is on the Potomac River and the beach is known for its shark teeth fossils. Click on the link below.

Conlan and Sierra

I love capturing the moments of when the kids are playing with Sierra.

Good bye volleyball season

Club volleyball was a new experience for us this year. The biggest difference between swimming and volleyball is the word TEAM not ME. Colleen learned a lot about working as a team and having to depend on others so she could do her job. She did not always like it, but she loved the friendships she developed. Her team was a great group of girls and parents. It is sad to think they probably will not all be together again next year. But is is exciting to think in 6 months we can do it all again!

More of AR

AR in April

Half Marathon man-

Ray ran 13.1 miles in 2 hours and 14 minutes. Not to shabby for a man who couldn't even move 3 weeks ago. Colleen and her friend volunteered at one of the water stations. The boys, Sierra and I managed to see Ray in three separate locations. We got our exercise for the day.

Hello again

I am back!!! Our computer bit the dust and we waited a couple of weeks before getting a new one, by then I got out of the habit of posting. But as Sarah says this is memories of my life and I know no else is keeping it for me.
